Shipping Information

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Unless specified, your order will ship GROUND. We process orders within two business days. Due to high volume of orders, there may be delays in our processing time.  We can not ship to PO boxes at this time.  
 
Once your order is processed, it will be delivered within 2 to 7 days depending what type of shipping option is selected.  All orders ship from our facility in California.  We do not process orders or ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
 
Do you offer free shipping?
 
Shipping is free for all orders over $60. Free shipping delivery times are between 4 to 7 business days. 
 
Do you ship internationally?
 
At this time time we only ship to the contiguous United States only (no Hawaii or Alaska). 
 
Do you provide tracking information for orders?
 
Once we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number in it. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking numbers to display the status of your order.
 
Can I return my order or get a refund?
 
Due to the nature of our products and for food safety issues, we do not accept returns.  All sales are final.  Sun Flour Baking Co. is not responsible for damage or loss caused by 3rd party shipping companies; or for loss if an incorrect shipping address is provided.  
 
Please contact us if you are not satisfied with your experience. If you would like to talk about your order, please contact sales@sunflourbaking.com within 7 days of receiving your order, attaching a clear image of the product, as well as the lot number and expire date.
