The founder of Sun Flour began baking vegan cookies in 1993, when he learned that animal products contribute to diseases such as heart disease, obesity, cancer and diabetes. As a benefit, vegan cookies avoid supporting animal farming. He experimented until he found the best combination of 100% natural, egg and dairy free ingredients to produce cookies which are not only better for you, but taste as wonderful!  What is vegan?
NO Gluten cookies are available for customers allergic to wheat and gluten. Sun Flour uses a blend of rice and pinto bean flours, which add fiber and complete protein!
Why Sun Flour?  All products are produced in a 100% vegan dedicated facility - the equipment is not shared with animal products.
